When will my order ship?

Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping and processing times have been delayed. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Can discount codes be combined?

Discount or promotional codes cannot be combined, however, Privé Pet will always honor the higher discount for your purchase.

What if my discount code will not apply to my order?

If you are encounter any issues with a promotion applying to your order, please reach out to us at customercare@privepet.com

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards and Google Pay. We also offer payment via Klarna to buy now and pay later with no interest or fees. All payment is collected via Shopify Payments.

How do I redeem my gift card?

After you’ve added all of your items to your cart and proceed to checkout, you may enter your gift card information into the “gift card or discount code” section to apply your gift card to the order.

How do I purchase a gift card for your website?

At the bottom of our website, in the footer section under “Customer Care” you will see a link that says “Gift Cards.” Click on this link and you will be taken to our gift card page where you can purchase a gift card in increments of #25, $50, $100, $150, $200, $500, $1000. You will be able to send a “virtual” gift card to the gift card recipient by entering their email address at checkout. If you would like to purchase a gift card for a custom amount, please send an email to customercare@privepet.com

When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?

Privé Pet, LLC. uses sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card information, and we will do our best to protect its security on our systems. Specifically, every page in the privepet.com ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk. To help ensure others will not have access to your credit card information while on our website, we urge you to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can shop at Privé Pet without an account, however, if you create an account, you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Add items you love to your Wishlist for future reference
  • Save your address and card details for faster checkout
  • Early access to exclusive sales and new product launches

What if my package is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received my order?

When packages appear to be missing, please consider the following scenarios before contacting us to resolve the issue. Was the package accidentally delivered to your neighbor? Did the shipping carrier leave the package at a different spot on your property? The shipping carrier mark the package as delivered before they actually delivered it? If you do not receive your package 7 days after the labeled delivery date, please send us an email with your order number to customercare@privepet.com so that we can resolve this issue for you.
